Our Meticulous 5-Step Stucco Process

A premium re-stucco job is only as good as the preparation underneath. We utilize a battle-tested, five-step application process developed to address the specific failure points of high-desert homes.

Contractor evaluates cracks, loose areas, water damage, and problem spots.Removes failing stucco, repairs damaged areas, and prepares the surface for new material.

Fixes damaged substrate, addresses flashing around windows/doors, and repairs moisture barriers where needed.

Installs the stucco system (typically scratch coat, brown coat, and finish coat) to rebuild the exterior surface.

Applies the desired texture and color finish, blending repairs and creating the final exterior look.

Checks for consistency, completes touch-ups, cleans the jobsite, and reviews the finished work with the homeowner.
